Turkish director and screenwriter. During his university years, he took part in the establishment of art collectives such as Sahne Disi, Kizil Davul, Direnistesanat. In these structures, he made practical and theoretical studies on street theater, happening and performance art. With the projects he produced, he took part in many events in Turkey and Europe as a speaker, copywriter, director and actor. He wrote articles on culture and arts for various magazines and newspapers. He stepped into the world of cinema with his short films Söz Uçar (2017), Vitrin (2014), Bir Kelime (2013), +Deger (2012), Ve Jülyet (2011), which he directed and scripted. Tufan Tastan's first feature-length feature film is Sen Ben Lenin, co-written with Baris Bicakci and produced by Istanbul Digital Film and Yapim-eki.
